I didn’t unlock the handstandby chasing the skill.
I built the habits that supported it. 💯

Consistent practice, basic strength,
patience, and a lot of failure. I showed
up even on days I wasn’t “progressing.”
Over time, consistency did the work. 📈

And if you ask me if I reached my goal back
then, I’d say yes. But I’ve learned that achieving
a goal is only a momentary change. 📉

Many people work hard until they reach the
finish line, then stop once they get there.
When all your effort is focused on a single
outcome, it’s easy to fall back into old habits
after the goal is achieved.

Goals help you win the game, but systems
are what keep you playing it. Progress comes
from the cycle of continuous improvement,
and it’s your commitment to the process that
ultimately determines how far you go.
