This is what running a digital agency really looks like.

People often ask me, "Saan office niyo?"

The truth is, most days, our office is wherever there's good coffee, stable Wi-Fi, and enough space to think.

In reality, my work isn't tied to one desk. One day I'm launching campaigns, the next I'm meeting clients, brainstorming ideas with my partners , or reviewing Ad reports from a cozy café.🤷‍♀️

I've learned that sometimes, a change of environment brings the best ideas.

So if you keep seeing cafés on this page, it's because these places have quietly become part of my work routine.🫶

Four years. Hundreds of campaigns. Different industries.

And these are the three lessons I keep coming back to:

1. A good product will always beat a good ad.
Ads can get people to look. Your product is what makes them stay.

2. Data is more honest than opinions.
Don't scale what you feel is working. Scale what the numbers prove.

3.Facebook Ads isn't magic. It's a system.
The right audience + the right offer + the right creative + consistent optimization. That's where growth happens.

The businesses that win aren't always the ones with the biggest budget. They are the ones willing to test, learn, and improve.🙂

For the past 4 years of managing Facebook Ads and talking to business owners almost every day, I keep hearing the same thing.

"Nag-boost naman kami ng posts before... pero parang nagsunog lang kami ng pera."

And honestly, I understand why.

Because when you're running a business, Facebook makes boosting look like the easiest solution.

One click, set a budget, and hope customers start messaging.

But here's what most business owners don't realize.

Boosting a post is not the same as building a Facebook Ads strategy.

A boosted post simply pushes your content to more people.

A real ad campaign is built around a goal.

Do you want more inquiries?
More bookings?
More purchases?
More qualified leads?

Those require different campaign objectives, different targeting, different creatives, and different optimization.

Likes and shares may look good.

But remember, those numbers if don’t convert to cash. It’s wasted.

Stop asking,
"How can I reach more people?"

Start asking,
"How can I turn the right people into paying customers?"

Because Facebook Ads shouldn't just give you engagement.

It should build a system that consistently brings inquiries and sales.
