The Role
We’re looking for an entry-level Marketing Specialist to support franchise growth and strengthen our national brand. This contract role offers hands-on experience in digital strategy, franchisee support, marketing operations, and grand opening campaigns—with potential to grow into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Support franchise owners with marketing tools and requests

Assist with new franchise launches and grand openings

Help execute social media, email, and digital campaigns

Create and update marketing materials and toolkits

Track timelines, campaigns, and performance data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field are a plus!

0–1 years of marketing experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

The Zoom Bardagulan Story

Last week, I joined a Zoom bardagulan session with fellow VAs. Ang daming kwento at tawanan, pero one story stood out.

There was this one girl who proudly kept saying, “My client is a premium client.” She repeated it several times, almost as if it was her badge of honor. Curious, another VA asked her:

👉 “Magkano sweldo mo sa premium client mo?”
She replied, “It’s $5 per hour.”

The group fell silent for a second. Then another girl blurted out, “Yan na yung premium client mo?”

That’s when I jumped in. I asked her:
• “Mahigpit ba siya?”
• “May time tracker ba?”
• “Nag-micromanage ba siya?”

Her answer was a confident “No.” She smiled and said, “Ang bait ng client ko. He trusts me. He doesn’t micromanage. He even treats me with so much respect.”

And I know, she considered it as a premium client because of the perks she was getting.

Not all premium clients are defined by high pay. Sometimes, the premium part is about:
✨ The trust they give
✨ The freedom to work without pressure
✨ The respect and kindness in the relationship

Because honestly, what’s the point of being paid $10–$15/hr kung araw-araw ka naman naka-stress, naka-time tracker, and micromanaged to the bone?

✅ Lesson:
Premium is not always about money. Sometimes, premium is about peace of mind.
