Conducted service of warrant of arrest at Brgy. Lenieza Pagadian City Zamboanga del Sur of certain Sonny, 30 years old, male, single and a resident of P-1 South Poblacion, Maramag Bukidnon, for crime of Attempted Homicide under art.249 in rel. to art.6 of RPC with No bail bond recommended.

Personnel of Maramag MPS led by PLT ERIC T QUIΓ‘O, Intel PCO, under the supervision of PLTCOL ALEXANDER E EUGENIO, OIC (Lead Unit), personnel of DPDO SPECIAL TEAM under the supervision of PLTCOL DAVE E MAHILUM, in coordination with the Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) under the supervision of PLTCOL HOPE MARK L ORBUDA, CPIU, BUKIDNON PIT, RIU 10, under supervision of PCPT TERESA Q SOLOMON TL and personnel of 1003rd MC RMFB 10 under the supervision of PAMJ ALAIN G JAMERO C.O, conducted joint intel driven police operation at Pig-awacan Dagumbaan, Maramag, Bukidnon that resulted to the arrest of alias Ramon, 46 years old, married, farmer , and a resident of Pig-awacan Dagumbaan, Maramag, Bukidnon , who has a pending warrant of arrest for the Crime of Statutory R**e Defined and Penalized under art. 266-A par. D of RPC for 2 counts with Criminal Case No. 45003-25, 45004-25 with No Bail Bond Recommended.

The said person was detained at Maramag MPS for proper disposition prior turned-over to the court concerned.

The arrested suspect together with pieces of evidence were brought to Valencia City Police Station for proper disposition and will be further forwarded to Provincial Forensic Unit for qualitative and quantitative examinations. Cases for violation of Sec. 5 and 11 of Article II, of RA 9165 were prepared by against the arrested suspect.
