Look: Personnel of Maramag MPS under the direct supervision of PLTCOL ALEXANDER E EUGENIO, Chief of Police in coordination with PIU BUKPPO under supervision of PLTCOL HOPE MARK L. ORBUDA, CHIEF PIU conducted a Drug Buy-Bust Operation at P3, North Poblacion, Maramag, Bukidnon.
The arrested suspects were then identified as:

1. Alias Tonton, Male, 25 years old, Single, Unemployed, a resident of P1, South Poblacion, Maramag, Bukidnon;

2. Alias Dodong, Male, 21 years old, Single, Unemployed, a resident of P1, South Poblacion, Maramag, Bukidnon;

3. Alias Poloy, Male, 38 years old, Married, Unemployed, a resident of P1, South Poblacion, Maramag, Bukidnon;

The seized dangerous drug evidence estimated weight of more or less 4 grams with SDP value of Php 27,200.00 to be subjected for submission to the Bukidnon Forensic Unit, Malaybalay City Bukidnon.

That cases for Violation of Sec. 5 and 11 of ARTICLE II, of RA 9165 to be submitted to the court for case filing.

Personnel of Maramag MPS led by PLT ERIC T QUIΓ‘O, Intel PCO, under the supervision of PLTCOL ALEXANDER E EUGENIO, OIC (Lead Unit), personnel of DPDO SPECIAL TEAM under the supervision of PLTCOL DAVE E MAHILUM, in coordination with the Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) under the supervision of PLTCOL HOPE MARK L ORBUDA, CPIU, BUKIDNON PIT, RIU 10, under supervision of PCPT TERESA Q SOLOMON TL and personnel of 1003rd MC RMFB 10 under the supervision of PAMJ ALAIN G JAMERO C.O, conducted joint intel driven police operation at Pig-awacan Dagumbaan, Maramag, Bukidnon that resulted to the arrest of alias Ramon, 46 years old, married, farmer , and a resident of Pig-awacan Dagumbaan, Maramag, Bukidnon , who has a pending warrant of arrest for the Crime of Statutory R**e Defined and Penalized under art. 266-A par. D of RPC for 2 counts with Criminal Case No. 45003-25, 45004-25 with No Bail Bond Recommended.

The said person was detained at Maramag MPS for proper disposition prior turned-over to the court concerned.

YAP JR., personnel of 1003rd MC, RMFB10, under the supervision of PMAJ ALAIN G JAMERO, C.O, personnel of 2nd PMFC under the direct supervision of PLTCOL ALFREDO G ORTIZ JR, personnel of PIU under the supervision PLTCOL HOPE MARK L ORBUDA, CPIU, BUKIDNON PIT, RIU10 led by PCPT MARIA TERESA Q SOLOMON, TL implemented the Search and Seizure Warrant at Purok 2, Bayabason, Maramag, Bukidnon that resulted to the arrest of alias MELBEN and confiscation and recovery of the following items:

The arrested suspect together with pieces of evidence were brought to Valencia City Police Station for proper disposition and will be further forwarded to Provincial Forensic Unit for qualitative and quantitative examinations. Cases for violation of Sec. 5 and 11 of Article II, of RA 9165 were prepared by against the arrested suspect.
