FIRST SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL (SLAC) for S. Y. 2025-2026
The Buaya-an Elementary School - Ditsaan Ramain 1 District successfully conducted the first ever School Learning Action Cell with the theme: "Upgrading of Teachers' Professional Growth and Development" through Teaching Demonstration on July 3, 2025 at BES Ditsa-an Ramain, Lanao del Sur.
The objective of the event was to foster the professional growth and development of teachers.
We were honored by the presence of our Division Education Program Supervisor for English, Dr. Noraida Pandapatan Mecampong, who served as our esteemed resource speaker, along with her team. We also welcomed Supervisor Alyannah M. Macmod, who delivered an inspiring message.
Dr. Mecampong reminded us why teaching remains a noble profession, emphasizing that education is a lifelong journey. She highlighted the importance of dedication, passion, values, and accountability—qualities every educator must embody. We deeply appreciate the wisdom and insights she shared with us.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to our supportive school principal, Noraisa R. Mamailao, whose leadership and guidance made this event possible.
We also commend all our hardworking teachers who took part in the program. Your participation, cooperation, and enthusiasm reflect the heart of what it means to be an educator—committed, passionate, and always ready to grow.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our two outstanding teacher-demonstrators, Ma’am Neshren Bualan, MAEd (2024 Division Outstanding Teacher Demonstrator), and Ma’am Alanisa Dirampaten Batua-an. Your commitment and excellence in teaching shone brightly before our esteemed guests, fellow educators, and pupils. We are truly proud of you!
