ANNOUNCEMENT | CLASS SUSPENSION

In compliance with Executive Order No. 012, Series of 2025 issued by the Provincial Governor of Lanao del Sur, Dr. Mamintal A. Adiong, Jr., all classes at all levels in both public and private schools — including Miftahus Salam Integrated Academy (MSIA) — are suspended on November 4, 2025 (Tuesday) due to the effects of Typhoon “Tino” (Kalmaegi).

Let us all remain vigilant and prioritize our safety.
Stay updated through reliable sources and take precautionary measures as advised by local authorities.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

In line with the MBHTE Guidelines on the School Calendar and Activities for SY 2025–2026, the Miftahus Salam Integrated Academy, Inc. will observe a Wellness Break from October 27–30, 2025. Classes shall resume on November 3, 2025.

For Teachers:
This period will serve as an opportunity for you to check and record students’ outputs for the Second Quarter in the comfort of your homes.

For Students:
Please be reminded that there should be no standby or loitering within the school campus during the wellness break.

Examinations will resume on November 3–4, 2025, while the Mid-Year Recognition will be held on November 9, 2025.

The Wellness Break aims to give both teachers and learners the chance to rest, recharge, and revitalize their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This pause encourages everyone to find balance, reduce stress, and return to school with renewed focus, motivation, and positivity.

The Miftahus Salam Integrated Academy Family proudly congratulates our dedicated and inspiring School Principal, Mr. Hamdani Lacson S. Sulog, for being recognized as the 2025 Outstanding Private School Principal during the SDO–Marawi City Teachers’ Day celebration with the theme “My Teacher, My Hero.” (October 7, 2025)

From being awarded as the Outstanding Private School Teacher in 2022 to now being honored as the Outstanding Private School Principal in 2025, Sir Sham continues to exemplify excellence, humility, and faith-driven leadership in the service of education.

Among 48 private school principals in the Division of Marawi City, he stood out for his commitment to quality, inclusive, and transformative education that truly reflects the values of Miftahus Salam the “Key to Peace.”

This milestone is not only a personal triumph but also a celebration of the collective effort of the entire MSIA Family administrators, teachers, staff, students, and parents.

Miftahus Salam Integrated Academy Celebrates 18th Founding Anniversary

On October 6, 2025, Miftahus Salam Integrated Academy marked a significant milestone by celebrating its 18th founding anniversary. The event began with a vibrant parade featuring lyres, drums, and flags, accompanied by the four competitive teams: the Red Hunters (East), the Yellow Lions (South), the Gray Eagles (West), and the Blue Foxes (North).

Upon arrival, the ceremony commenced with an Open Salvo, setting the tone for the event. This was followed by a showcase of unique arco designs and icons, with each team presenting their creations to the judges. The Sigaw Kalye segment was a highlight, with each team demonstrating their unity and competitive spirit by voicing their team chants loudly.

The celebration was a testament to MSIA's commitment to excellence and its mission to nurture young minds. With 18 years of dedication to quality education, MSIA continues to thrive and shape the leaders of tomorrow.
