๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ก๐๐ฟ-๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ต ๐. ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ผ, currently an RC-AKIC SHS student, was 1 of 17 youth participants from Lanao Del Sur that were selected by the Youth Ambassadors - East Asia Pacific Program 2025 (YA-EAP) for a four-week leadership intensive program in the U.S. funded by the U.S. Department of State (DOS)'s Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs (ECA) and implemented by PH International in coordination with DOS/ECA and the U.S. Embassy. PH has partnered with IIRR to organise and implement this program.
The ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐๐ต ๐๐บ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ, centred in ๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐๐ถ๐ฎ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ, is known for its highly competitive and fully funded program aimed at deepening critical thinking and strengthening problem-solving and leadership skills, selecting overachieving student youth aged 15-17 around the Philippines.
The selection of participants was conducted through a multi-stage process involving the submission of written outputs, survey responses, and interviews.
Dimaporo served the U.S. exchange intensive program for four weeks, where she visited numerous landmarks such as Boston, Massachusetts; Vermont Cornwall; New York; and the capital of the USA, Washington DC.
