Nomadik Media's video assignment for the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) was created for their Possibilities Forum, an initiative that supports and partners with local businesses, offering them the opportunity to learn about sustainable procurement and how to become suppliers to the United Nations.

Featured in this video is Katrina, the operations manager of Kitok's, a well-loved, family-run food business based in Cotabato City that successfully became a UNOPS supplier.

Through this forum, UNOPS continues to promote inclusive opportunities for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.

Nomadik Media for UNICEF 💙

UNICEF Philippines/UNICEF, Embassy of the Netherlands in the Philippines and The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Manila celebrate the graduation of 1,320 Out-of-School children, young adults, and parents from DepEd Philippines’ Alternative Learning System (ALS) Programme.

It was an enriching experience being part of the UN Women Asia and the Pacific team documenting the field missions of Women advocates Rissa Mananquil Trillo and Bianca Gonzalez in Bangsamoro Region.

The women celebrities/entrepreneurs visited the UN WOMEN women-led partner groups that are active in the peace process, are leading emergency response teams, and are supporting fellow women thru livelihood programs. They also get to talk with UN Women partners like The Moropreneur Inc and Women's Organization of Rajah Mamalu Descendants among others.

More than documenting the interactions, the Nomadik Media team also learned a lot about the importance of women's participation in the peace process, policy making, and community empowerment.
