For Fatima, the QuickBooks Mastery Training was different from the other training experiences she had before.
A BS Accounting Technology graduate and banker from Digos, Philippines, Fatima had less than 2 years of bookkeeping experience in the Philippines and no US or AU bookkeeping experience.
Before joining the program, she also faced challenges that made her career journey more difficult. She struggled with interview confidence, had to compete with many experienced VAs, and still had limited experience with some VA tools and tasks.
She had already taken training from another provider before, but when she joined the ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐๐ค๐๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ in August 2026, she experienced a different kind of learning.

Behind that simple statement is a genuine appreciation for a training experience that felt different from what she had experienced before.
Despite having limited experience in US bookkeeping and facing challenges in building her confidence, Fatima stayed committed to learning and improving throughout the program.
She finished the training on August 28, 2026.
And just a few days later, on September 1, 2026, Fatima landed a job.
Her story is a reminder that having less experience does not mean you cannot compete. With the right training, willingness to learn, and confidence to take action, you can create opportunities for yourself.
