Capping the 2017 Jack TV's Mad Fest were Urbandub and a concert-like set by Parokya Ni Edgar.

Man, this was definitely a night to remember, especially that Circuit Makati's famous open space is now closed.

Midway through the night, everyone at the events ground of Circuit Makati got more of the live music from the likes of Imago, Ben&Ben, and SUD. The crowd was illuminating, the sounds had a calm chill turn, but Mad Fest was still the Mad Fest in 2017.

Jack TV's Mad Fest 2017 took place on the 11th of November eight years ago, which also means it's like an 11.11 sale for the ones who want to take a trip back memory lane as Mayonnaise, Hale, Kjwan, and andwich took the stage for like a couple of hours with their then-new stuff along with their legendary hit songs.

Basically arrived there early afternoon and caught the dance groups and The Ransom Collective, as well as Gracenote and Aboutradio.

Although as the sun sets, a lot of popular acts took over the stage for the early night with Tanya Markova, IV of Spades, Hilera, and Veronica & I.

Probably one of the greatest shows I have ever been to.

February 22, 2025 was supposed to be the last Saturday that Sari Sari would be operating. Old Forest Recordings became the then-final event organizer of the venue.

The place was damn jam-packed, and it's partly because one of the bands who graced its stages during that night was Lion & Acrobats.

A couple of months later, Sari Sari reopened its doors through its new management; and the speakeasy bar eventually became one of the still go-to venues for live entertainment in Makati City this year -- a best-known secret unfolded behind those Narnia-like Coca Cola refrigerator-designed doors.
