Naghahanap kami ng taong kayang humawak ng buong operasyon namin — warehouse at customer service para sa e-commerce.
1 · What you'll own

End-to-end warehouse operations: inbound, storage, pick/pack, dispatch
Leadership of the customer service team
KPIs: SLA, order accuracy, returns, CSAT
SOPs, staffing plans, at process improvement

2 · What we're looking for

2+ taon karanasan sa operations o logistics
Mas mabuti kung may e-commerce o fulfillment background
Marunong mamuno at kalmado kahit sa peak season
Strong English; Filipino
Sanay sa Excel, Pancake/POS at data-driven na desisyon

⏰ Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM · 1 hour lunch · 15 min break
💰 Salary & benefits

₱30,000 – ₱50,000/month — negotiable base sa karanasan
13th month pay, seniority pay, monthly incentives, spot bonuses

🔎 JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Para sa Packer:
* Mag-pack at maghanda ng mga produkto para sa delivery.
* Tumanggap, mag-check, at maghanda ng mga order ayon sa tagubilin ng supervisor.
* Siguraduhing maayos, mabilis at tama ang proseso ng pag-pack at paglabas ng mga order.

💡 QUALIFICATIONS
* Naghahanap ng stable at long-term na trabaho.
* Masipag, maasahan, mabilis matuto, at maingat sa trabaho.
* Tapat at may mataas na sense of responsibility.
* Hindi kailangan ng college degree o espesyal na skills – may training na ibibigay.

⏰ WORKING HOURS
* Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Lunch time : 1 hour & Breaktime 15 mins

💰 SALARY & BENEFITS
* Basic pay: ₱600/day
* Performance bonus (KPI-based): ₱500 – ₱2,000/month
* 13th month pay, seniority pay, monthly incentives, at spot bonuses

* Tumawag at makipag-ugnayan sa mga customer.
* Tumulong sa pagproseso at pag-confirm ng mga order sa system.
* Ayusin at resolbahin ang mga concern o reklamo ng mga customer nang mabilis at maayos.
2. Para sa Packer:
* Mag-pack at maghanda ng mga produkto para sa delivery.
* Tumanggap, mag-check, at maghanda ng mga order ayon sa tagubilin ng supervisor.
* Siguraduhing maayos, mabilis at tama ang proseso ng pag-pack at paglabas ng mga order.
