YOU'RE TIRED BECAUSE YOU'RE CARRYING WHAT ISN'T YOURS.
Busy schedule, responsibilities, expectations. But if you’re honest, hindi lang ito physical tiredness.
It’s deeper. It’s emotional. It’s mental. It’s spiritual.
Parang ang bigat-bigat ng dinadala mo,
and you don’t even know why.
But what if the reason you’re tired.. is because you’re carrying things God never asked you to carry?
And slowly, you start losing yourself just to keep everything together.
Other times, dala mo ang past.
Old pain, guilt, regrets, what-ifs.
And it drains you.
Hindi mo napapansin,
pero ubos na ubos ka na.
And sometimes, you’re carrying tomorrow’s worries today. You try to control outcomes, fix everything in advance, and carry responsibilities that were never placed on you yet. That kind of weight will always exhaust you.
Matthew 11:28 says, “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
He invites you while you’re still carrying it.
Pero may catch. Kailangan mong bitawan.
You cannot receive rest while holding on to what is weighing you down.
1 Peter 5:7 says, “Cast all your cares on Him because He cares for you.”
God never designed you to carry everything alone. There are burdens that only He can handle.
Hindi lahat ng problema kailangan mong solusyunan. Hindi lahat ng tao kailangan mong i-please. Hindi lahat ng burden ay assignment mo.
Some things belong to God, not to you.
Let go of what isn’t yours.
Release the pressure.
Surrender the weight.
Because the moment you stop carrying what isn’t yours, is the moment you start experiencing the rest that God promised.
Godbless!
