I’ve made my fair share of mistakes, and let me tell you, some of them stung. But over time, I’ve realized something powerful: my mistakes don't define who I am. They don't determine my worth, my potential, or my future. They are simply part of my journey.

So today, I embrace my mistakes for what they are: stepping stones in my growth. And I encourage anyone who’s struggling with theirs to remember: you are not defined by your failures. You are defined by your ability to rise, to learn, and to keep going.

Sabi nila ang sarap makakilala ng tao na tanggap ka sa kung sino at ano ka. pero mas masarap makakilala ng tao na tutulungan kang magbago para mas umasenso ang pagkatao mo, yung taong ipaparamdam sayo na hindi pwedeng hanggang dyan kalang, na eto ka lang kasi alam nya na may nakikita syang mas better na potential na kaya mong gawin sa buhay.

ang pagkakaalam ko ang isa sa sign na nasa tamang tao ka eh he or she bring the best in you.

simula nung naging kayo mas naging maayos ka sa sarili mo, mas tumaas pangarap mo at mas gusto mo pang mag progress sa buhay.

hindi na uso yung kung mahal ka tatanggapin ka
no kung mahal nya sarili nya hahanapin nya ang mas deserve ng level nya realtalk.

August 28, 2022 is the day I made a decision to fly to Kuwait to work and give my kids a descent life.

Today is the 1st anniversary of being away from you my love. I miss you so much.

Learning to cope effectively with the curveballs that come our way is a necessary part of life.

But effective coping does not require controlling or eliminating our so-called "negative" thoughts and emotions. Instead, we can greet them with gentle acceptance, then choose to respond with intention.

The next time you experience an emotion like frustration, see if you can first pause and acknowledge it, then ask yourself how you want to move forward.

You can't control your thoughts and feelings, but you can choose your response.
