Mahalaga ito para mabawasan ang basura sa dumpsite, maiwasan ang pagbaha, at maprotektahan ang kalikasan. ๐ŸŒฑโ™ป๏ธ

1. Maghanda ng Hiwalay na Lalagyan
Magkaroon ng 3โ€“4 na basurahan sa bahay o barangay:

1๏ธโƒฃ Biodegradable (Nabubulok)

* Tirang pagkain
* Balat ng prutas at gulay
* Dahon at damo
๐Ÿ‘‰ Pwede itong gawing compost para sa gulayan.

2๏ธโƒฃ Recyclable (Pwedeng i-recycle)

* Plastic bottles
* Lata
* Karton at papel
* Garapon
๐Ÿ‘‰ Pwede itong ibenta sa junkshop o dalhin sa MRF.

3๏ธโƒฃ Residual Waste (Hindi na mare-recycle)

* Sachets
* Styrofoam
* Diaper
* Candy wrappers
๐Ÿ‘‰ Ito ang dadalhin sa final disposal facility.

4๏ธโƒฃ Special Waste (Delikado)

* Baterya
* Bumbilya
* Electronics
* Syringe
๐Ÿ‘‰ Kailangang hiwalay ang collection.

2. Linisin ang Recyclables

Bago itapon o ibenta:

* Hugasan ang bote at lata
* Patuyuin para hindi mangamoy

3. Bawasan ang Basura

* Gumamit ng eco bag
* Iwasan ang single-use plastic
* Mag-reuse ng bote at lalagyan

4. Sundin ang Collection Schedule

* Ilabas ang basura ayon sa araw ng koleksyon ng barangay/municipality.
