Body shaming? for clout? is that really funny?

Not everyone can keep up with your standards. just one post can affect dozens of people, it can make them insecure, lower their self-esteem, and slowly break their confidence.

you find that entertaining? while you're laughing, others are slowly losing their self-worth. this kind of mindset shouldn’t be tolerated. never point out someone’s insecurities just for clout. instead, spread words that boost people’s confidence.
not only will it uplift them, it might also help them in life. so stop body shaming. mind your own body and take a good look at yourself too. bringing others down will never lift you any higher.

: Isang lalaki sa Taiwan ang nasawi matapos makaranas ng heavy metal poisoning na hinihinalang dulot ng paggamit ng parehong kalawangin na thermos sa loob ng mahigit 10 taon. Ayon sa ulat, araw-araw niya itong ginagamit para sa maa-asim na inumin gaya ng kape, tsaa, at juice. Lumabas sa blood test na mataas ang lebel ng heavy metals sa kanyang katawan, at pumanaw siya dahil sa pneumonia ilang buwan matapos ma-diagnose.

Nadiskubre ring hindi rust-proof ang thermos at banlaw lang ang paglilinis dito. Ayon sa mga doktor, ang matagal na paggamit ng lumang thermos, lalo kung nilalagyan ng carbonated o acidic drinks, ay maaaring maglabas ng toxins. Bilang babala, pinayuhan ang publiko na gumamit ng 304 stainless steel na thermos, linisin ito nang maayos, iwasan ang acidic na laman, at palitan ito kada 2 hanggang 3 taon kung araw-araw ginagamit.
