If I were starting my web design career in 2026, here’s exactly what I’d do...
I’d stop overthinking and start learning the basics — color, layout, and type. I’d spend less time scrolling Dribbble and more time actually building stuff. I’d pick one tool (probably Figma) and get ridiculously good at it.
I’d create 2–3 small projects that solve real problems, not fake client work. I’d share my progress online — even the messy parts — because that’s how people actually find you.
And most importantly? I’d find someone who’s already a few steps ahead to guide me. It’s crazy how much faster you grow when you’re not doing it alone. 👀
2026 is gonna be a big year for creative tech — start now and future you will thank you. 🤍
