As a Leader who served with unwavering integrity and a heart fully surrendered to the Lord, his influence was a profound blessing to many. Bishop Herley Montes: A leader who chose humility over status and obedience over comfort. You pursued God’s heart until the very end. Though you recently reminded us of making disciples here in Masbate, your sudden transition leaves a void that only your eternal legacy can fill. We honor the life you lived and the example you set.
