Second-year students under the guidance of ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐‰๐š๐๐ž ๐‹๐ž๐ž ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฅ๐ž๐ซ-๐ƒ๐ž ๐‹๐ž๐จ๐ง successfully conducted the Agribusiness Improvement Plan (Case Study) last December 04, 2025 as part of their subject requirements.

The academic activity was evaluated by the panel members ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐•๐ž๐ง๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐. ๐Œ๐š๐ฒ๐จ, ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐’๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐‰๐š๐ง๐ž ๐ƒ. ๐๐š๐ญ๐ง๐š๐ , ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ง ๐„. ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š๐จ, and ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐‚๐š๐ซ๐ฅ ๐‰๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฌ ๐. ๐„๐ ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ๐จ, who assessed the studentsโ€™ outputs and provided professional insights to strengthen their proposals.

The case study served as a platform for students to demonstrate their understanding of agribusiness concepts, critical thinking skills, and practical application of improvement strategies.

This session equipped our student leaders with practical skills to transform ideas into actionable plans, ensuring that their initiatives are both strategic and sustainable.

Under the Gabay 2025 initiative, CDM student leaders participated in a transformative leadership training spearheaded by ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐‰๐š๐๐ž ๐‹๐ž๐ž ๐“. ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฅ๐ž๐ซ - ๐ƒ๐ž ๐‹๐ž๐จ๐ง, SOAS Coordinator.

This program focused on cultivating inclusive leadership and strengthening organizational governance.

For the 2nd session entitled ๐†๐ž๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ (๐†๐€๐ƒ) ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ by ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐‰๐จ๐ฒ๐œ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ง ๐…. ๐“๐š๐ฉ๐š๐๐จ, this session deepened studentsโ€™ understanding of gender sensitivity, inclusivity, and the role of student leaders in fostering safe, equitable spaces.
