Dear Me,
I know you’ve been carrying more than you admit out loud. Some days you move through life confidently, and other days you question everything — your choices, your timing, your worth. But even on the hardest days, you kept going. That matters.
You don’t have to have every answer right now. Life is not a race to become perfect. Growth is messy, slow, uncomfortable, and often invisible while it’s happening. Be patient with yourself while you become the person you’re trying to be.
Remember the moments you survived that once felt impossible. Remember how many times you thought you wouldn’t make it through, and yet here you are. Stronger, wiser, softer in some ways, tougher in others.
Please stop measuring your value by productivity, approval, or comparison. You are allowed to rest. You are allowed to change your mind. You are allowed to outgrow people, dreams, and versions of yourself that no longer fit.
Keep protecting your peace. Keep choosing honesty over pretending. Keep believing that your story still has beautiful chapters ahead, even if the current page feels uncertain.
One day, you’ll look back at this version of yourself with gratitude — not because everything was easy, but because you didn’t give up.
I hope you continue to laugh loudly, love deeply, and trust yourself more. There is still so much waiting for you: new memories, unexpected opportunities, quiet happiness, and people who will appreciate you exactly as you are.
Until then, take things one step at a time.
You are growing.
You are learning.
You are enough.
With love,
Me
