‎​MANILA, Philippines — Ngayong araw, Hulyo 24, 2026, ginanap sa Centro de Turismo, Intramuros, Manila ang paggawad ng Sertipiko ng Pagpapahalaga mula sa National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA). Buong-pusong tinanggap ang naturang parangal nina Dr. Angelo Shan Mendoza, Officer-in-Charge ng Mauban Arts, Culture and Tourism Office (MACTO), at Vincent Pasatiempo, Editor-in-Chief ng Ang Saliwsiw.

‎​Ang pagkilalang ito ay ibinigay bilang pagpapahalaga sa kanilang masigasig na pakikiisa at mahalagang ambag sa mga programa noong nakalipas na National Arts Month noong Pebrero 2026, na nagtaglay ng temang "Ani ng Sining: Katotohanan at Giting."

‎​Matatandaang naging matagumpay ang pagdaraos ng Ang SaliwSiningKultura 2026 noong Pebrero 23–28. Naging bahagi rito ang iba't ibang paaralan mula sa bayan ng Mauban tulad ng MSEMSAT, DMDPNHS, CINHS, C1NHS, AIS, MPPSI, at PKM. Nakiisa ang mga mag-aaral at g**o sa mga serye ng seminar at workshop gaya ng "Balikwas ng Gunita: Pagsusulat sa Gitna ng Paglimot" at "Guri at Balalay: Maubaning Pagsulat at Pag-alala."

‎​Nagsilbing mga tagapagsalita sa naturang gawain sina G. Jhon Rey Ayangco, Bb. Camille Custodio, at G. Bayani Bacuño mula sa GMA News, kung saan ibinahagi nila ang kanilang malawak na kaalaman at karanasan sa larangan ng malikhaing pagsulat at pamamahayag.

‎​Ang natanggap na parangal ng MACTO at Ang Saliwsiw ay hindi lamang pagkilala sa tagumpay ng nakaraang pagdiriwang, kundi isang patunay ng buhay at umuunlad na kultura ng sining at pamamahayag sa Mauban. Nagsisilbi itong inspirasyon upang mas lalo pang pag-alabin ng komunidad ang pagpapahalaga sa lokal na kasaysayan, malikhaing pagpapahayag, at paglinang sa talento ng kabataang Maubanin para sa mga darating pang panahon.
