Pero ano sa tingin nyo?

Bakit hindi sila nag bibigay ng discount for the Service Contracting Program?
I don’t usually ride a public transportation but yesterday I did. And napansin ko yung mga bus particularly Alabang to Ayala buses may SERVCE CONTRACTING PROGRAM na tarp in front of their buses.

When I arrived at One Ayala, may nakita na naman akong buses with those tarps so out of curiosity na pa google ako and found out na these buses should be giving 20% discount for regular passengers and 40% discount sa senior,pwd and students

But apparently, sa experience ko the driver or conductor did not give any discount!

I paid 50 pesos which is more than pa sa approved fare ng LTFRB na 46.75 pesos. And they did not give a ticket.

If we analyze it well, they earn from
1. Sobra sa 46.75
2. 20% to 40% discount na dapat para sa pasahero
3. 20 to 40% discount na subsidized ng government

Derecho na ba sa bulsa nila ito?

This is so wrong in so many levels! Ang dami nilang violation and yet we are the one who suffers the most!

Hindi sya matatawag na tulong nalang sa kanila kasi sila ba nagpapagasolina ng bus? It is under a bus company so operational expenses are shouldered by the bus company. Mandaraya sila.

This is so sad.

I contacted LTFRB and they are asking for tons of documents kaya I resorted on posting this here nalang to rant and make awareness.

Who else experience this and collectively what we can do?

Can just anyone from LTFRB and DOTR go out there without their ID and uniform and see it for themselves?

Pinagloloko tayo e ng gobyerno, service providers, ng buong sistema!
