QUEZON, MANILA -- Former Dubai-based overseas Filipino worker (OFW), now-founder of "House Creatives", indie content vlogger, and content marketing expert 'Darbie Kim Estrebilla' (popularly known online as "Real Talk Darbs") has sparked public alarm after issuing aggressive death threats and murd3r0us beef against tax collection agency 'Bureau of Internal Revenue' (BIR) and engineering/constructional firm of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). In his social media diatribe, he accuses to target both governmental organizations of corruption associated with scandalous ghost projects and failed flood-control initiatives.
Newspaper outlet "The Brighton Bugle" obtained the nearly 14-minute video, uploaded Thursday night (September 11th, 2025 -- Manila local time), which sees RTD venting his anger at officials who secretly defr4ud3d Filipino taxpayers through fr4udul3nt infrastructure contracts, allegedly funded by recent mid-term election votes. His allegations grow louder following its present governance of the annual State of the Nation Address (SONA), where government expenditure on the public works sector was under fresh examination. 'Ferdinand Romualdez "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.' calls out Filipino contractors and corrupted officials are in total h3ll of failure.
Darbie specifically calls out British-Filipina named 'Sarah Rowena Cruz Discaya' and family, whose construction firms were implicated in its recent Senate hearings for allegedly securing billions in flood-control contracts. Discaya has since asserted that her deleted viral interview of NET25 was "spliced" and misrepresented.
In the said social media rant video... Darbie appears visibly enraged, threatening them to shut both agencies down and hinting at v10l3nt retaliation: "Bakit galit ka dito? And why you should f******* care!? Kasi, pera natin to! Buwis na kinakaltas sa bawas sahod sa Value-Added Tax, Social Security System, at imbes na bumalik sa atin bilang proteksyon laban sa baha o maayos na kalsada, diretso ito sa bulsa ng mga p****** kurap!" he angrily stressed in Taglish dialect.
Entrepreneurs and small to medium business owners are grappling with their tax responsibilities in the Philippines. This is particularly true for national officials of the DPWH involved in various construction projects, who have been compromised and neglected due to corruption.
Following after this uploaded video, he is likely planned for a government terrorist attack that crushes both the BIR and DPWH at their flagship office, where he later loses trust: "Kung ang malalaking kumpanya nga nahihirapan, paano pa 'yong maliliit na vendors [at] mga start-up owners. Pinipiga na sistema habang 'yong perang binabayad natin nilulustay ng mga p****** kurakot sa gobyerno! At sinong mong kasalanan? Tayo din kasi binoboto natin sila! Tax should be fuel for progress. But because of the corruption, we're not moving ahead!", Darbie added.
Although there are no press charges from the cyb3rcr1m3 police in Manila, some netizens who have viewed the political rant video have critically theorized, that his thr34ts may become criminal intent, particularly considering he is becoming quite erratic in his tone and has begun to show indications of mental distress. Such allegations against all this are untested and are now being scrutinized by national and regional governments.
Here across the Negros Island Region... Several flood control and construction projects have fewer completions in both provinces, while others have later abandoned for any reason without explanation. Protests have also been held in front of the House of Representatives by militant groups who sought complete responsibility on the DPWH budgetary allocations and unsuccessful flood-control projects. At the same time, the Commission on Audit (COA) has raised concerns over hundreds of millions of Philippine pesos of questionable Information Technology procurement by the BIR.
The Brighton Bugle learned that neither BIR nor DPWH has tackled Darbie's explosive rant video head-on. Cyb3rcr1m3 police officials are supposedly monitoring the case keenly and legal experts are raising the alarm that this problematic online beef, no matter how incendiary, might have serious repercussions for "Real Talk Darbs". This entire scenario could also tarnish the image of the independent company owner of "House Creatives", who may be plunged into a higher form of scrutiny, both on a political and personal front, diminishing his image to an anti-government person.
