In Taiwan, whatever how late u want meet friends. we can always find a coffee shop open for 24/7 🕝☕️ and there are always have a variety of cake options available, 🍰🍞 where we may meet or have a conversation with our friends. We can find these places wherever we go to hang out. This is an ideal location for socializing, conversing, reading, writing, amusing one another, or just spending time together, either alone or in small groups. where individuals assemble to rest, work, and interact😊

Fresh catch of the day. 🐠✨

I tried to drive four hours to this city in TAIWAN Tainan 🚘 to visit my friends, and when I got there, they welcomed me to the fishing port🐠 which is how we always obtain fresh fish and seafood to eat. 🐠🍤

One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating. 🍽

Like these dishes, namely; ✅Fried Egg,
✅Shredded beef and Green pepper w/ rice, ✅ Mixed Beef Tripe , and ✅Green Vegetable and Tofu Soup Soup. 🍳🍜🍜🍴🥃🥦🥬

I always order same dishes here in Manila🇵🇭🇵🇭 before going home Taiwan or back from Taiwan🇹🇼🇹🇼🇹🇼 , all exact same food that for miss and memories taste, because it’s impossible I can taste it again when I back here at work place.🤗🤗

1 hot cup noodle and 6 siopao in a meal are good enough for me.🥠🥠🥣
I only eat rice very often because rice makes your stomach full very easily and you may feel bloated, And
Increase in sugar level. Rice contains a high quantity of starch and if you consume it in excess it may increase Diabetes.. ✔️✔️✔️
I don't want to develop those kind of diseases .☺️😇

I'm excited traveling back to Taiwan🇹🇼 but first I have to go to Manila🇵🇭from the other city where I lived , then I have to take Cebu Pacific for the reason I need domestic flight first.
However, I will sit emergency seat because I know it will give my legs more space and comfortable in my ends. Unluckily, I choose pay additional payment for these seat😇‼️

Sometimes our stomach didn't feel well and it is not good idea to eat heavy meal because it will become worse.😖
These dishes are called Porridge a light dishes for stomach illness. That give my body an energy while recovering. 🏋️🤹
This porridge is not salty, when you cook eggs , do not put salt , that’s call light food . It is taste good and gives appetite
This is healthy food that must everyone eat🧘‍♀️

So, if you have a stomach illness or it is not feel good you should eat light meal. And you can try this one.
