As neophytes, this acquaintance party is more than just fun and laughter it is the symbolic start of your academic and personal journey. The obstacle race is not merely a game, but a mirror of what lies ahead hurdles to conquer, paths to choose, and victories to earn.
The bidding program and today's events reflect the many challenges you will face over the next four years. There will be long nights, difficult exams, and times of doubt. But like every obstacle you face today, each hardship will shape you, strengthen you, and sharpen your character. Every stumble is an opportunity to rise stronger.
If I were given a chance to speak before you, my fellow Cenphilians especially the newly enrolled students, our first-year neophytes I would tell you this, you are about to embark on a journey that will test your resilience, ignite your passion, and mold you into the person you are destined to become. Use this time wisely not just to learn, but to grow, to lead, and to make your mark.
Always remember: โItโs not the obstacles that define you, but how you overcome them.โ Embrace failures as lessons, and triumphs as fuel to keep moving forward. In the classroom, in the field, or in the heart of community work you will find meaning, resilience, and purpose.
You are not alone in this race. You have your mentors, your friends, and a whole community rooting for you. Lean on each other. Grow together. Push each other to become better not just as students, but as future leaders, innovators, and changemakers.
As you cross this threshold, take pride in the title you now carry. You are now fully pledged as Cenphilians. Wear it with honor. Walk with purpose. And as you move forward from today, remember:
