🪙 2006-D Lincoln Penny (Denver Mint) 🇺🇸

Pulled this one from my album today — still love finding that small "D" under the date.

The 2006-D Lincoln Memorial Cent was struck at the Denver Mint and shows the classic Lincoln Memorial reverse used from 1959–2008. It's one of the last years before the 2009 redesign.

📌 Total Mintage: 4,467,800,000 coins
💰 Collector Value:
- Circulated condition — Face Value (1¢)
- Uncirculated condition — $0.10 to $3+ depending on grade and color quality

Because of the high mintage, it's very common. But bright red uncirculated examples are still nice pickups for Lincoln cent albums. This one's staying in my personal collection! ✨

🪙 2006 Lincoln Penny (Philadelphia Mint) 🇺🇸
The 2006 Lincoln Memorial Cent with no mint mark was minted in Philadelphia and features Abraham Lincoln on the obverse and the Lincoln Memorial on the reverse. It is one of the modern Lincoln cents widely collected by coin enthusiasts.

📌 Total Mintage: 4,290,000,000 coins
💰 Collector Value:
• Circulated condition — around Face Value (1¢)
• Uncirculated condition — around $0.30 to $3+ depending on grade and color quality

Because of its huge mintage, the 2006 penny is common in circulation, but high-grade “Red” examples are still collectible among Lincoln cent collectors. ✨
