LOOK | TaskUs Greenhouse Donates 64 Computers to Bacoor National High School - Villa Maria Annex

City of Bacoor, July 7, 2025—In a heartfelt gesture to support education and technological advancement, TaskUsGreenhouse donated 64 computers to Bacoor National High School-Villa Maria Annex today. The donation aims to enhance the school's learning environment and equip students with essential digital skills.

Dr. Mary Ann Ilagan, Officer-in-Charge of BNHS-Villa Maria Annex, expressed her deepest gratitude to TaskUsGreenhouse for choosing their school as the beneficiary. "This generous donation will undoubtedly help our students excel and prepare for a digital future," she remarked.

The event was made possible through a collaborative effort involving the Local Government Unit of Bacoor City, represented by Dr. Abraham Domingo de Castro, Department Head of the Public Employment Service Office. Their combined efforts underscore the community’s commitment to improving local education.

Ms. Lana M. Delos Reyes, Vice President of Operations at TaskUs Greenhouse, emphasized their dedication to fostering a conducive learning environment. "We believe that access to technology like computers is vital in shaping young minds and supporting education in Bacoor," she stated. "Our commitment goes beyond business—we are here to support the community and its future leaders."

Representing the Schools Division Office, Mr. Zoilo V. Handayan Jr., Education Program Supervisor in TLE/EPP, and Mr. Arwin M. Ternida, Education Program Specialist II in Social Mobility and Networking, witnessed the turnover ceremony on behalf of Dr. Babylyn M. Pambid, CESO VI, Schools Division Superintendent.

LOOK | School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Implementation Review and Planning Workshop Held in Tagaytay City

Tagaytay City—A workshop on the conduct of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Implementation Review and Planning took place at Hotel Dominique in Tagaytay City, aiming to enhance the delivery of the vital nutrition initiative for the upcoming school year.

The workshop focused on identifying issues and challenges faced during the previous SBFP implementation, analyzing data to make improvements, and developing a strategic plan for SY 2025-2026. Additionally, participants are expected to be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure more effective program ex*****on.

This initiative was spearheaded by the School Health and Nutrition Unit (SHNU) under the leadership of Dr. Ceasar M. Pajuyo, Medical Officer III. Notable contributions also came from Dr. Cesar M. Mojica, Chief Education Supervisor of the Schools Governance and Operations Division, who shared valuable insights on data analysis and strategic recommendations.

The activity, which commenced today, is scheduled to run until July 4, 2025, Friday.

Inihayag ni Education Secretary Sonny Angara na naging matagumpay at mabisa sa mga mag-aaral ang inilunsad na feeding component ng DepEd reading programs.

Batay ito sa naging direktiba ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos Jr. sa paglulunsad ng Bawat Bata Makakabasa Program (BBMP) at National Learning Camp (NLC). Sa programa, napatunayang may malaking positibong epekto sa mga bata ang suporta sa pagkain at nutrisyon na naging susi sa mabilis na pagkatuto at focus sa pag-aaral.
