Letโs be honest:

Allowing hybrid or remote work isnโt just a benefit anymore, itโs a smart way to help employees work better.
Instead of spending 1โ2 hours traveling, employees can use that time for more important things, for work or personal life. Itโs about working efficiently, not just about where you work.
If you really trust that you hired the right person, then trust them to do their job well, no matter where they are working from.
Trust makes employees more motivated. And motivated employees do their jobs well and often produce great results.
But as employees, we also need to keep that trust.
We should always do whatโs right, even if no one is watching.
