FOR THE DOUGH
1 Cup Flour
1 stick or 1/2 cup butter or margarine (hard)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 to 1/3 cup very cold water (adjust as needed)
pinch of salt

For the fillings:
1 Can tuna
1/3 Cup Cabbage (minced or grated)
1/4 Cup Carrots ( small dice)
1 small Onion ( chopped)
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1 Egg (hard boiled)
Knorr Seasoning
Pepper
Salt

Buttered Potato with Chicken Meat

2 Medium Potatoes (medium dice)
1/4 cup Boiled Chicken meat (shredded)
Butter 15ml (1Tbsp)
5 Cloves Garlic (minced)
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Chicken broth or mineral water

Sweet and Sour TOFU
Kung mahilig ka sa tokwa or tofu, subukan mo na ang ganitong luto😄..

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
2 Slice tofu
1 medium carrots
1 bell pepper
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar
½ tsp Ground pepper
½ tsp salt
Magic sarap (sprinkle only)
¼ water
Oil for frying

For coating:
3 Tbsp Cornstarch
½ tsp Onion powder
½ tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Ground pepper
½ tsp salt

For slurry:
Mix
½ tsp cornstarch
¼ cup water

1 Can Tuna / Flakes in Oil
1 Medium White Onion
5 Tbsp Bread crumbs (add if necessary)
5 Tbsp Cornstarch (add if necessary)
1 Medium Egg/beaten
1 Stalk Green Onion
1 Stalk Parsely
⅛ tsp Pepper
⅛ tsp Garlic Powder
⅛ tsp Onion Powder
⅛ tsp Ginisa Mix
¼ Quick Melt Eden cheese cut into small dice
1 Tbsp Cornstarch for mixture
Oil for frying

Dipping
Combine ketchup and Mayonnaise
