Behind every bright smile could be someone silently trying to survive another day. Some of us carry invisible battles behind the laughter and the curated images we show. Just because someone handles it well doesnโt mean they arenโt hurting. Strength isnโt the absence of struggle โ sometimesโ itโs simply the art of carrying pain quietly while still choosing to move forward.
In a world where itโs so easy to criticizeโ judge, or make fun of othersโ ๐๐๐ฆ ๐ค๐ ๐๐๐ ๐โ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ก๐๐๐. Words travel fastโ and they linger โ they can either heal or harm. If we donโt have something kind to sayโ silence can also be a form of compassion. Check on your friendsโ your siblingsโ your parentsโ your children โ even the ones who seem okay.
A simple messageโ a callโ or a hug can mean more than weโll ever know. Letโs remind one another that itโs okay not to be okay. Letโs all be each otherโs lifelines โ ๐๐๐๐๐ข๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ โ๐๐๐๐กโ ๐๐๐ก๐ก๐๐๐ โ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ข.๐ซ๐
