No mask. No tanks. Just trust in the ocean and the mermaid I’ve become. 🧜🏻‍♀️

People close to me know that I’ve never tried mermaiding in caves or cracks.

Even with my safety diver, my mermaid instructor and freedive instructor with me, I never attempted it before—because I was scared. Scared of the dark, scared I might hit the rocks and panic, scared to even try. And mermaiding without a mask made it difficult—everything is just blurred.

I know I was just overthinking… and this weekend, I finally found the courage.

Knowing that my mermom had already done it here, and fully trusting that my safety diver, videographer, and partner were there for me—I finally took the plunge.

I was so happy to pull this off. Another first for me 💖

They say the sea calls those who listen — and I’ve never felt the call louder than this. 💙 Would you dare to dive in too? 🫧
