Party-ready kahit simpleng araw lang.
Heto na ang Pinoy Spaghetti na sweet, meaty, at cheesy, pang-bata, pang-matanda, pang-Tikman Mo! 🍝🎉

INGREDIENTS:
1 pack spaghetti noodles
3 Tbsp cooking oil
1 medium onion, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ kg ground pork
½ kg ground beef
2 Tbsp soy sauce
8 pcs hotdogs, sliced
1 pack sweet-style Filipino spaghetti sauce (about 1 kg)
2 Tbsp banana ketchup
½ cup grated cheese
Ground black pepper (to taste)

PROCEDURE:
1. Heat oil in a pan, then sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add ground pork and beef. Cook until lightly browned, then remove excess oil if needed.
3. Season with soy sauce and pepper, then add sliced hotdogs. Cook for a few minutes.
4. Pour in spaghetti sauce and banana ketchup. Stir until well combined.
5. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Add half of the grated cheese and stir until melted.
6. Toss cooked spaghetti noodles with the sauce until evenly coated.
7. Serve hot and top with the remaining grated cheese.

Snack alert! Crunchy, creamy, at swabe sa bawat kagat.

INGREDIENTS:
3 small tofu blocks, sliced into bite-sized squares

BREADING:
½ cup flour (add more if needed), seasoned with salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 cup Japanese bread crumbs

FOR FRYING:
Cooking oil (as needed)

SAUCE:
¼ cup mayonnaise
1–2 Tbsp liver spread
2 tsp liquid seasoning
Calamansi juice (to taste)

GARNISH:
Chopped spring onion
Chili oil garlic

PROCEDURE:
1. Slice tofu into bite-sized squares and pat dry.
2. Prepare a dredging station: flour, egg, then Japanese bread crumbs.
3. Coat each tofu piece in flour, dip in egg, then cover with bread crumbs.
4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil.
5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, liver spread, liquid seasoning, and calamansi juice until smooth.
6. Drizzle sauce over the crispy tofu squares.
7. Top with chopped spring onion and serve immediately.

May talong ka ba diyan?
Gawin mo na ’tong tortang talong na loaded sa pork giniling, carrots, at patatas simple pero grabe ang sarap. Tikman Mo na! 🍆🥚

INGREDIENTS:
3 pcs eggplant
¼ kg pork giniling

ADD-INS:
¼ cup carrots, minced
¼ cup potatoes, minced
1 small onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced

BINDER & SEASONING:
3 eggs
Iodized salt (to taste)
Ground black pepper (to taste)

FOR FRYING:
Cooking oil (as needed)

PROCEDURE

1. Grill or roast eggplants until the skin is charred. Peel and flatten gently. Set aside.
2. In a pan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
3. Add pork giniling, cook until lightly browned.
4. Add minced carrots and potatoes. Cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly.
5. Beat eggs in a bowl, then mix in the pork and vegetable mixture.
6. Dip flattened eggplants into the mixture, coating well.
7. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
8. Serve hot with rice and enjoy!

Mukhang pang-handaan, pero ubos ’to kahit walang okasyon.
Heto na ang Creamy Sipo Eggs loaded sa quail eggs, shrimp, green peas, at ultra-creamy sauce. Tikman Mo na!

INGREDIENTS:
20–24 quail eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
½ cup shrimp, peeled and deveined

VEGETABLES:
½ cup carrots, diced
½ cup singkamas, diced
½ cup green peas

OPTIONAL ADD-IN:
½ cup chicken breast, cooked and diced

SAUCE BASE:
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 can evaporated milk
½ cup all-purpose cream

SEASONING:
Iodized salt (to taste)
Ground black pepper (to taste)

PROCEDURE:
1. Hard-boil quail eggs, peel, and set aside.
2. In a pan, melt butter over low heat. Add flour and stir until smooth.
3. Gradually pour in evaporated milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
4. Add all-purpose cream and mix until smooth and creamy.
5. Add carrots, singkamas, and green peas. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
6. Add shrimp and cook until just pink.
7. Add chicken breast if using, then season with salt and pepper.
8. Gently add quail eggs and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Malinamnam, medyo tangy, at swak kahit anong rice..ito na ang ultimate comfort food sa Tikman Mo vibes!

INGREDIENTS:
¼ kg pork belly, cut into cubes

MARINADE:
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp vinegar

PANTRY & SAUCE:
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 small onion, sliced
¼ cup water
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Iodized salt (as needed)
2 bay leaves

PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate pork with garlic, soy sauce, pepper, and vinegar for at least 30 mins.
2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion until fragrant.
3. Add pork and sear until lightly browned.
4. Pour in water, soy sauce, sugar, and bay leaves. Simmer on low for 20-25 mins until pork is tender and sauce thickens.
5. Taste and adjust salt if needed.
6. Serve hot with rice and enjoy!

Creamy mango dessert na may chewy tapioca pearls layered with sweet mango cubes on top, perfect pang Tikman Mo cravings! 🥭✨

INGREDIENTS (3–4 servings):
2–3 ripe mangoes, diced (half for blending, half for cubes)
1 cup small tapioca pearls
2 cups milk (any kind)
4 Tbsp condensed milk
2 tsp sugar (optional)
Ice cubes (as needed)

PROCEDURE:
1. Cook tapioca pearls until translucent, drain, and set aside.
2. Blend half of the diced mango with milk, condensed milk, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
3. In serving glasses, layer tapioca pearls at the bottom.
4. Pour the creamy mango mixture over the pearls.
5. Top with remaining mango cubes for that colorful pop and extra texture.
6. Add ice cubes if desired, chill briefly, then serve and enjoy!
