๐—Ÿ๐—ข๐—ข๐—ž | Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) extended its commitment to community service and international collaboration through a short-term mobility program at Universitas Internasional Batam (UIB) in Indonesia, held from September 22 to 26, 2025.

Two students from the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship program, Mr. Christian F. Bayos and Mr. James Luke S. Waldie, proudly represented CSPC alongside Dean Maria Joy C. Iglesia and other students from the College of Tourism, Hospitality, and Business Management (CTHBM).

Participants engaged in various workshops, community service activities, and cultural exchanges, fostering a deeper understanding of environmental stewardship and cross-cultural collaboration. This initiative underscores CSPC's dedication to holistic education, combining entrepreneurial skills with a strong sense of social responsibility and global awareness. Attended by class officers from 1st year to 4th year of the BSEntrep program, the training aimed to equip young entrepreneurs with essential leadership skills and knowledge.

The guest speaker, ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐‹๐ž๐จ๐ง๐ข๐๐ž๐ฌ "๐‹๐ž๐จ" ๐Ž. ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ซ๐š๐ฌ, business owner of ๐‚๐š๐ฒ๐ฅ๐ž'๐ฌ ๐…๐จ๐จ๐ & ๐๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ ๐ž, made the morning session both informative and engaging. He prepared group games that energized the participants, helped them get to know each other, and tested their creativity and innovative thinking.

In the afternoon, the program transitioned into fun and interactive activities designed to promote collaboration and teamwork among the participants.

Overall, the leadership training program served as an effective platform for networking, collaboration, and the exchange of new ideas. It played a significant role in shaping young entrepreneurs into visionary leaders, ready to take on challenges, lead with purpose, and seize future opportunities.
