EPS-TOPIK ANNOUNCEMENT

ONLINE REGISTRATION PORTAL LINK: https://eps.dmw.gov.ph/

The registration portal is OPEN from February 3, 2025 (Monday) at 8:00 AM to February 10, 2025 (Monday) at 5:00 PM. However, without further notice, it will automatically close after the 7,500 applications have been received.

PASSPORT-SIZE ID PICTURE
File size: 13 kb below, JPG Format only
Dimension (sukat): 3.5 (width) x 4.5 cm (height)

PASSPORT SIZE (Not required to copy the exact dimension but this is the actual passport dimensions)
File size: 100 kb below, JPG Format only
Actual passport dimension (sukat)
In centimeters: 15.8 cm (width) x 10.6 cm (height)
In inches: 6.25 inches (width) x 4.17 (height)
In pixels: 600 pixels (width) x 400 pixels (height)

REMINDERS:
1. Applicants are advised that the DMW will only allow them to access their account after the evaluation.
2. Only the qualified/approved applicants are allowed to pay the 24 USD through MAYA.
3. MAYA is recommending to use a Gmail account and to stay away from using dot (.) and other special characters. (except for the domain .com) to avoid trouble in paying the registration fee.
4. DMW will post another advisory through the DMW website or the EPS DMW Official page for the payment procedure.
