Hi teachers! ๐ We are looking for Filipino online English teachers who can commit to a fixed schedule and grow with our team long-term.

๐ What youโll do:

Teach English writing to Korean students online
โ
Give one-on-one guidance and corrections
โ
Communicate with students via KakaoTalk
โ
Provide simple customer support for your assigned students
โ
Follow a fixed regular schedule, not a booking system
๐ Schedule:
โข Required availability: at least 1:00 PM โ 8:00 PM PH time
โข Morning availability is a big plus ๐
๐ต Compensation & growth:
โข Starting rate: โฑ150/hour
โข Rate is paid in full based on teaching hours
โข Performance bonus ๐
โข Fast salary increase based on performance ๐
โข Opportunity to become a manager
โข Manager allowance starts at โฑ2,000/month on top of teaching pay โญ

Qualifications:
โข College graduate
โข With offline or online teaching experience
โข Experience teaching Korean students is a strong advantage ๐ฐ๐ท
โข Clear pronunciation and neutral accent
โข Responsible and caring toward studentsโ progress ๐
โข Confident with computers and familiar with Zoom/VooV
โข Able to commit to a fixed regular schedule
๐ป Technical requirements:
โข Laptop or desktop, Core i3 / AMD equivalent or higher
โข 8GB RAM or higher
โข Wired LAN internet, at least 20 Mbps ๐
โข Noise-canceling headset ๐ง
โข Full HD camera ๐ท
โข Internet and power backup preferred ๐
