Silyab 3.0: Pagsibol's Bicol Pop concert is happening on August 15, 2026 at Plaza Rizal, Naga City, 6PM onwards.

In the heart of Bicol is a blossoming music movement that puts the spotlight on originals. More than a genre or a musical style, Naga City is a proud home of the brewing Bicol Pop movement.

A music movement that carry Bikol's shared values for hope, good governance, compassion, empathy, heritage, culture, and what it means to be oragon. Encouraging songmakers to write for and about Bikol.

It was in this spirit that the first Silyab was held in 2024. Still an artist-initiated and organized event, this year's Silyab 3.0 has so much more to showcase.

A special spot is dedicated to featuring the 20 songmaker-participants of Pagsibol's song incubation activity called SongLab. And Naga City's singer-songwriters, musicians, and music producers will join in celebrating this evening of Bicol Pop putting the spotlight on the Naga City Music Industry.

The Silyab 3.0 concert and SongLab, a songwriter upskilling and song incubation activity, are made possible with the Naga City Government's co-creation fund.

Sometimes, all a song needs to reach its full potential is the right coaching, technical fine-tuning, and a supportive creative environment. That is what SongLab is built for.

Brought to you by Pagsibol in partnership with the Naga City Government SongLab is a dedicated session designed to help 20 songwriters polish, sharpen, and transform their compositions into their absolute best form, giving your music a fighting chance to be heard and loved by a wider audience.

SongLab Journey and important dates:

Online Plenary and Preparation: An initial session for all accepted participants for process assessments, sharing of insights, and worksheets to prepare your track.

SongLab: August 8, 2026 at the Raul Roco Library.

Pagsibol SilyΓ‘b 3.0 Showcase: August 15, 2026 at Plaza Rizal. All 20 participants will perform the final versions of their songs live on stage alongside fellow Bicol Pop musicians, putting a true spotlight on the Naga City Music Industry!

There are limited slots available! We can only accommodate 20 individuals for this run. Applicants who qualify will undergo a brief online interview.
