FB Body - Rear Door Stopper

I created the FB Body Rear Door Stopper after watching FB vehicles struggle with the old “tali” (rope) solution—doors swinging wildly, drivers fighting the wind, and near-accidents happening right on the roadside. These vehicles often load and unload passengers or cargo beside moving traffic, and one uncontrolled door swing can hit an incoming car or damage a parked vehicle in an instant.

So I turned a simple idea into a solid mechanical innovation: a stopper that keeps the rear door steady, secure, and safely in place. No ropes, no guessing, no sudden swings. Today, this invention is installed on countless Mitsubishi L300, Isuzu Traviz, Hyundai H100, Kia K2500, Hino 300, Suzuki Carry, Foton, Isuzu IPV & ELF NHR, JMC JMH N700, Fuso Canter, Toyota Tamaraw 2025 and other FB-body vehicles, protecting drivers, passengers, and other road users every single day. What started as a small fix is now a widely used safety upgrade that makes roadside operations safer and smoother.
