Ito ay pagsasanay sa pagpapalawak ng karanansang pangkaibuturan sa pamamagitan ng pagninilay sa tunog at galaw patungo sa unawa,kalinawan at kaginhawaang personal habang kahabi ang kolektibo.

Ang haba ng isang ganap ay mula 45 mins to 1 hour.. depende sa dami at kahandaan ng mga participants.
