𝗨𝗡𝗖 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝟱𝟴.𝟯𝟯% 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗟𝗘, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝟭𝟰 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗘𝗘𝘀

The University of Nueva Caceres achieved a 58.33% passing rate among its first-time takers in the April 2026 Registered Electrical Engineers Licensure Examination (REELE), according to results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on April 28.

Out of 24 first-time examinees from the university, 14 successfully passed the licensure exam. In total, UNC recorded 14 passers out of 25 examinees, resulting in an overall passing rate of 56.00%.

Across the country, 3,769 out of 6,556 examinees passed the April 2026 REELE, administered on April 21–22 in various testing centers nationwide.

𝙁𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗘: 𝗘𝗔 𝗕𝗘𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗖 𝟰-𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗧 𝗔𝗧 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗬𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦 𝗖𝗨𝗣 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Dominance, discipline, and an unbreakable team spirit defined this year’s Greyhounds Cup 2026, where the EA Beavers secured their fourth consecutive overall championship with a total of 383 points. In a tournament marked by high stakes and strong performances across all competing teams, the Beavers delivered a campaign built on consistency and collective effort.

From the opening whistle to the final event, the Beavers maintained a steady presence across multiple competitions, demonstrating strength in both individual and team events. Their performance reflected preparation, adaptability, and the ability to deliver under pressure—qualities that proved crucial in a field of determined contenders. Rather than relying on isolated victories, their success was anchored in sustained results throughout the tournament.

At the same time, this year’s Greyhounds Cup highlighted the competitiveness of the participating teams. The SBA Fiery Dragons finished as 1st Runner-Up, closely followed by the SNAHS Nightingales as 2nd Runner-Up. Also delivering commendable performances were the CCJE Knights, SSNS Blood Ravens, STED Torchknights, SCIS Cyberstallions, and SOL Owls, each contributing to a dynamic and closely contested season.

The outcome reflects not only the achievements of the champions but also the collective effort of all teams that elevated the level of competition. As the Greyhounds Cup 2026 concludes, it stands as a testament to sportsmanship, resilience, and the shared pursuit of excellence among all participants.

EA Beavers once again proved their dominance on the court, securing an impressive Nth consecutive championship after a hard-fought 76–69 victory over SBA Fiery Dragons in the Men’s Basketball Finals of Greyhounds Cup 2026.

Held on the final day of the tournament, April 25, at UNC Sports Palace, championship game delivered intensity from start to finish, with both teams showcasing grit, discipline, and a relentless drive to claim the title.

EA Beavers entered the game with weight of legacy on their shoulders—and delivered. Setting the tone early, Beavers established control and consistently held the lead across all four quarters, dictating the pace and forcing SBA Fiery Dragons to play from behind. Despite multiple attempts to close the gap, Beavers responded with timely baskets and crucial defensive stops.

Leading the charge was Michael Ray Sison (61), whose standout performance on both ends of the floor anchored the Beavers' championship run. His impact throughout the game earned him Finals Most Valuable Player honors, capping off a dominant showing in the biggest stage of the tournament.

SBA Fiery Dragons fought valiantly, matching energy and refusing to back down. Their resilience kept game within reach and turned matchup into a thrilling contest, but Beavers’ composure and championship mentality proved decisive in the final stretch.

This latest triumph not only extends winning streak but also cements legacy as a powerhouse in Men’s Basketball within university. More than just a win, it stands as a testament to consistency, teamwork, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

As final buzzer echoed through UNC Sports Palace, EA Beavers celebrated yet another historic milestone—an Nth-peat that will be remembered as a defining moment in their continued reign.

𝗪𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗡'𝗦 𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗞𝗘𝗧𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗟 • The CEA Beavers' Women's basketball team's championship aspirations ended in a narrow, 59-60 defeat against the SBA Fiery Dragons. In a game defined by razor-thin margins, the Beavers were unable to find the bottom of the net in the final second, falling just one point shy of an upset.

Coming into the finals, the pressure was immense. As underdogs against the undefeated Dragons, overcoming the odds required more than just effort—it demanded a new level of strategy.

From the opening whistle, the Beavers rose to the occasion, showcasing a masterclass in tactical growth. Every pass was delivered with precision, every shot carried purpose, and every defensive possession was played with relentless aggression.

While the scoreboard favored the Dragons, the Beavers proved that the gap between the two teams had all but vanished.

Congratulations to our CEA Beavers' Women's basketball team! You played with the heart of Champions!

From the opening rush to the final out, they fought through every challenge and emerged as the last team standing. The climb to the top is complete, and the Beavers have taken their seat at the top.

The dust has settled on an action-packed Kick Baseball tournament, where determination and teamwork defined every match. After a series of hard-fought games, the SNAHS Nightingales and the CEA Beavers emerged as the final contenders in a gripping championship showdown.

Proving their resilience and composure, the CEA Beavers secured the victory and claimed the championship title.

Recognition is given to all teams for delivering remarkable performances and exemplifying true sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

𝗠𝗘𝗡'𝗦 𝗩𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗬𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗟 • CEA Beavers secures 2nd Runner Up in the Greyhounds Cup 2026 Men's Volleyball

CEA men's volleyball team refused to go down easily as they edged against the SBA fiery dragons in their match held at the UNC Covered Court, this morning of April 24, 2026 in a 2-0 match up.

As the beavers' run for the championship end, they sealed their spot as the 2nd Runner-up in the Greyhounds Cup 2026 men's volleyball category.
