Ngayong umaga ng Biyernes, Oktubre 3, 2025 ay ibibigay na ang tulong sa mga biktima ng sunog sa Barangay Caroyroyan, Pili, Camarines Sur na pangungunahan ng Alkaldesa.

May tulong din mula sa lokal na pamahalaan ng Camarines Sur sa pamamagitan ni Gobernador Lray Villafuerte.

Kung ang bentahan ng buhay na Baboy ay nasa P180 to P190 bawat kilo, tignan natin kung may kikitain ba ang mag-aalaga?

Biik - P5,500 to 6,500
Feeds - P1,450 to P1,800 bawat sako/50kls
Miscellaneous for 3 to 4 months - P3,000/biik (Kuryente, tubig, gamot ng baboy at iba pa)

Kung may alaga ka ng limang biik at kung ang nabiling biik ay nagkakahalaga ng P6,500:

P6,500 x 5 = P32,500

Sa bawat baboy ay isang sako kada buwan ang kunsumo ng pagkain o feeds na nagkakahalagang P1,800
at aalagaan hanggang sa apat na buwan(maximum)

P1,800 x 5 baboy x 4 months
= P36,000

Sa makatuwid ang Miscellaneous sa limang baboy ay aabot sa P15,000.

Kung sa Apat na buwan ay tumitimbang ang baboy ng 80 kilo bawat isa, ang limang baboy ay 400kls

Kung ang bintahan ng baboy ay nasa P190 per kilo, ang kabuuang halaga ng limang baboy ay P76,000.

Ngayon ay ibabawas na natin ang lahat ng gastos:

Tignan | - Punong Barangay at dalawa pang opisyal ng Barangay Panicuason, Naga City sinampahan ng kasong administratibo sa Blue Ribbon Committee and Administrative Cases ng Sangguniang Panglungsod ng Naga.

Ang Complainant ay ang Incumbent Barangay Kagawad na si Milagros Lagos at Educare Teacher na si Cristina Collantes Terrenal.

Ang reklamo ay hinggil sa mga proyektong nilagyan ng pondo taon 2022 at 2023 kagaya ng Rehabilitation of Waterways and pipelines na nagkakahalagang P470,000.

Konstruksyon ng Educare center na nagkakahalagang P110,000 at Konstruksyon ng Farm to Market Road sa Zone 5 Panicuason na nagkakahalagang P102,000.

Umaabot na rin sa isang taon na hindi binibigay sa Educare Teacher ang kanyang honorarya.

Ang lahat ng ito ay sinasabing "ghost project" dahil hindi mahanap ang mga naturang proyekto.

Bukas, araw ng Biyernes Oktubre 03, 2025 ay nakatalaan na dinggin ito sa Blue Ribbon Committee and Administrative Cases na pinamumunuan ni Konsehal Nathan Sergio.

THE LOW PRESSURE AREA EAST OF SOUTHERN LUZON DEVELOPED INTO TROPICAL DEPRESSION “PAOLO”.

• Location of Center (7:00 AM):
The center of Tropical Depression PAOLO was estimated based on all available data at 760 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (14.1°N, 131.2°E).

• Intensity:
Maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 55 km/h, and central pressure of 1004 hPa

• Present Movement:
Westward at 25 km/h

• Extent of Tropical Cyclone Winds:
Strong winds extend outwards up to 360 km from the center

OTHER HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND AREAS

➣ Heavy Rainfall Outlook

PAOLO is less likely to directly affect the weather condition of the country in the next 24 hours. Onset of heavy rains due PAOLO is possible by Friday (03 October) onwards. A weather advisory may be released today in anticipation of the heavy rains that PAOLO may bring over Northern Luzon and portions of Central Luzon.

➣ Severe Winds

Wind Signal No. 1 may be hoisted over the eastern sections of Northern and Central Luzon as early as this afternoon or evening. The highest Wind Signal that will likely be hoisted throughout its passage is Wind Signal No. 3. However, since the possibility of reaching typhoon category before landfall is not ruled out, the worst case scenario is Wind Signal No. 4.

➣ Coastal Inundation

There is a potential risk of coastal flooding due to storm surge in low-lying coastal areas of Northern and Central Luzon due to the passage of PAOLO. Storm surge warning may be issued today or tomorrow (02 October).

HAZARDS AFFECTING COASTAL WATERS

➣ 24-Hour Sea Condition Outlook

PAOLO may bring moderate to rough seas over the coastal waters of Northern and Central Luzon starting Friday (03 October) early morning. Gale Warning may be raised over the seaboards of Northern and Central Luzon as early as tomorrow (02 October) afternoon in anticipation of rough to very rough sea conditions.

TRACK AND INTENSITY OUTLOOK

• PAOLO is forecast to move generally west northwestward for the entire forecast period. On the forecast track, PAOLO may make landfall over Isabela or northern Aurora on Friday (03 October) morning or afternoon. Further southward shift of track is possible depending on the strength of the high pressure area to the north of PAOLO.

• PAOLO will continue to intensify while over the Philippine Sea and may reach severe tropical storm category by Friday morning. Further intensification into a Typhoon prior to landfall is not ruled out.

Considering these developments, the public and disaster risk reduction and management offices concerned are advised to take all necessary measures to protect life and property. Persons living in areas identified to be highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards are advised to follow evacuation and other instructions from local officials. For heavy rainfall warnings, thunderstorm/rainfall advisories, and other severe weather information specific to your area, please monitor products issued by your local PAGASA Regional Services Division.

Tignan | - Ang sagutan ng kasalukuyang Alkalde at dating Alkalde ng Libmanan, Camarines Sur.

Umani ng kanya-kayang komento sa social media ang post ng naging magkalaban sa politika nitong nakaraang eleksyon na sina Former Mayor Jes Camara at Incumbent Mayor Edelson Muceros Marfil.

Unang nagpost ang dating Alkalde sa kanyang Facebook account at pagkalipas nito'y sinagot naman ito ni Mayor Son Marfil.

Inaakusahan ni Camara si Marfil na ng araw ng kanyang kaarawan ay ang ipinamigay na bigas ay mula sa DSWD subalit pinabulaanan ito ng Incumbent Mayor.
