WASID, Nagtipunan, Quirino โ Dreams came alive at the Wasid Gym today as students of Wasid Integrated School participated in an inspiring ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐
๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐ organized by the Public Employment Service Office of the Local Government Unit of Nagtipunan. The activity gathered Grade 9 and Grade 10 learners who confidently showcased their aspirations by wearing costumes representing their dream professions.
The program was spearheaded by ๐๐๐ฒ ๐. ๐๐ซ๐๐ฐ๐๐ , PESO Manager, together with partner agencies including the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, Department of Trade and Industry, Philippine National Police, and the PESO office. Their presence aimed to guide students in understanding possible career pathways, government support programs, and opportunities that await them after completing their studies.
With enthusiasm and creativity, the Wasidian learners transformed the gymnasium into a colorful display of ambitionโfuture doctors, teachers, police officers, engineers, entrepreneurs, and many other professions confidently walked around the venue, proudly wearing outfits that symbolized their dreams. The activity highlighted not only the importance of career awareness but also the value of visualizing oneโs goals at an early stage.
One of the highlights of the event was the ๐ฝ๐๐จ๐ฉ ๐ฟ๐ง๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ ๐๐ช๐ฉ๐ช๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ค๐๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ก awarding. Among the participants, ๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ถ ๐๐ช๐ท๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ช๐ฑ ๐ก๐ฒ๐ท from Grade 10 Alexandrite stood out in her well-prepared attire representing her dream profession as a future accountant. Her confidence and creativity earned her the Best Dressed Wasidian recognition.
As a special incentive, Mr. Arawag personally awarded Khim Danicah Rin a โฑ500 cash gift along with the opportunity to receive benefits from the SPES Congress summer program, a recognition meant to encourage students to pursue their ambitions with determination and dedication.
The successful conduct of the career guidance activity was made possible through the leadership and unwavering support of Delmar C. Batara, whose commitment to holistic student development continues to open meaningful opportunities for Wasidian learners.
More than just a simple school event, the Career Guidance Program served as a powerful reminder that dreams begin with vision.
