BrownGold Isabela Organic Farmers Association (BGIOFA) is located at Purok 2, Villapaz, Naguilian, Isabela, Region 02. It was duly registered in the Department of Labor and Employment on May 30, 2017. l farm in-puts to fast tract the rehabilitation of our dead soil. It advocates full utilization of small piece of land in the backyard in order to produce healthy food free from hazardous chemicals. Serves as extra income for the family to sustain their daily needs, education for the children and others. Its main interest is to establish a factory to process fresh vegetables into finish product such as dehydrated pakbet cruch or “PakGulay”, vermicast production, soil media production and others, in order to create job placement for the members and increase non-farm and off-farm income during pre and post-harvest season. While waiting for the financing and grants from the government agencies that can help us achieve our goal of building a factory, we are currently busy with our Pakbet Garden for food and capital build–up for the association.
