Chocolate Cupcake with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting🧁

This recipe makes 12-14 cupcakes.

INGREDIENTS
For Chocolate Cupcake:

140g All purpose flour
185g sugar
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
30g cocoa powder
2 eggs
125ml coffee
125ml buttermilk(fresh milk+1 tbsp vinegar)
105ml vegetable oil

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°c for 20 minutes.

Chocolate Buttercream:

200g soft unsalted butter
¼ tsp salt
260g powdered/icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp yogurt
95g melted Chocolate
