Brigada Eskwela and Enrollment 2026 kicked off on June 1, 2026, at Narra Integrated School. The five-day initiative ran until June 5, with the theme "Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman," which emphasized collaboration for safety and education.
Representatives from the BFP Narra Fire Station and the Narra Municipal Police Station attended the opening ceremony, highlighting the program's focus on safety as classes approached.
First day of enrollment, teachers worked according to their assigned grade levels. New enrollees were processed and parents assisted with admission forms.
Returning students were verified and learner profiles updated. Classrooms were organized and learning materials prepared as enrollment proceeded. Teachers guided parents, addressed concerns, and maintained an efficient process.
For Grade 11, respective teachers oriented incoming students on the strengthened curriculum. Strands and electives were explained in detail to guide subject selection based on career goals.
Parents and students participated in Brigada activities. Classrooms inside and outside were cleaned to prepare learning spaces for the school year.
Nilda C. Domondon, Master Teacher I, Coordinator for Brigada Eskwela, expressed the significance of the gathering.
"We gather here with a shared and significant purpose. This year's Brigada Eskwela focuses on institutionalizing a culture of safety, resilience, and communal cooperation within our school environment," Domondon stated.
Fire Officer 2 Jaime S. Castulo IV expressed commitment to the school community.
Noli P. Acosta, PhD, Principal II, stressed the importance of collaboration among school stakeholders.
Lyn T. Aperocho, Head Teacher V, Assistant Principal of the Junior High School Department, capped the five-day initiative with a call for unity, stating that collective effort transformed the school into a home for learners in School Year 2026-2027.
