Two different courts. One shared goal. Basketball and volleyball may differ from one another, but Cluster 2 athletes showed that both games require perseverance and dedication to secure a sweet triumph.

Being named Most Valuable Player is not just about earning the title; It is creating a legacy and being an inspiration for others.

This yearโ€™s overall champion in the field of volleyball and basketball at San Francisco Javier College, Cluster 2, got it all! With sportsmanship and camaraderie, they smashed to victory, defeating two clusters.

Their hard work as a team didnโ€™t just prove them to be the best, but it portrays the saying โ€œno man is an islandโ€, which illustrates the value of having one another, wherein anything is surpassable.

In the volleyball court, senior high school girls of Cluster 2 lead the game. Kaye Daphnie Arimado rose as she claimed the title Most Valuable Player, together with Precious Kryztel Joy Bea and Angel Margarejo Garcia, as they achieved the Best Receiver award and the Best Server award.

Furthermore, in the boy's category, Brylle Josh Gabinete demonstrated his skills and aura in volleyball, securing the Most Valuable Player award with Jan Karl Ermitanio joining him as the Best Server.

Meanwhile, in basketball, Jeff Ashrel Estanislao demonstrated his accuracy and playstyle inside the court, shining as the Most Valuable Player, together with Brylle Josh Gabinete, for having the most three-point shots throughout the game.

Being a champion and being the best is not just about winning; it is about the journey of how you got there. Teamwork builds trust, which makes every player stronger, and sportsmanship shows respect, fairness, and humility.

When athletes lift each other and play with honor and pride, the bond that they create is what leads to true success. Real champions are not just the ones with medals; for Cluster 2, they are the ones who bring out the best in their team. Together, they turn hard work into achievements.

In a heartfelt ceremony that marked a time of renewal, faith, history, and reflection, SFJC joyfully welcomed the Jubilee Cross, held at the quadrangle on July 28, 2025.

After the morning prayer and flag ceremony led by the Grade 9 pupils, a solemn procession of the Jubilee Cross took place, beginning at the AR Sister's Convent, moving through the School Quadrangle, and ending at the school chapel, where the Jubilee Cross was placed.

The route taken throughout the ceremony symbolizes faith, reflection, and commitment for over 300 years.

The celebration was led by the AR Sisters, the ARSC Officer, and the Grade 9 pupils.

The Jubilee Cross served as a symbol of spiritual connection and recommitment.

The celebration reminds the students that the AR institution has deep-rooted faith and ongoing growth in love, service, and purpose to God.
