WE’RE HIRING: MEDIA BUYER / CREATIVE STRATEGIST

North Wave Digital Marketing is looking for a Media Buyer / Creative Strategist to help manage Meta Ads campaigns for local brands.

COMPENSATION

• Probationary rate: ₱15,000/month
• Handles 1 ad account during probation
• Regular rate: ₱25,000/month
• Handles 2–3 ad accounts upon regularization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and manage budgets
• Prepare weekly performance reports and monthly progress reports
• Identify and communicate concerns, issues, and opportunities early
• Make data-based decisions based on campaign performance
• Conduct market, audience, competitor, and creative research
• Develop creative strategies, angles, and detailed creative briefs
• Review creatives and provide clear feedback
• Work closely with our creative production team
• Attend weekly team meetings
• Keep campaign files, trackers, and documentation organized

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We prefer someone who has:

• Experience running Meta Ads for the local Philippine market
• Experience with health and wellness brands
• Knowledge of creative strategy and direct-response advertising
• A good understanding of campaign metrics and optimization

We are looking for someone who is:

• Willing to learn and accept feedback
• Proactive in identifying problems and recommending solutions

You will work closely with me and operate under my direct supervision. I will personally guide you and share valuable strategies and practical lessons from my experience working with international e-commerce and lead-generation clients.
