Behind every little birthday celebration is a Mommy who did it all. ❤️

From planning, designing, printing, packing, decorating, and preparing every little detail…I was hands-on with everything for Zeus’ SpongeBob birthday celebration at school.

It may be tiring, but seeing that little smile makes every effort worth it. 🥰

Mommy made it happen. And Mommy is tired… but happy.

And just like that, my little boy is growing up so fast. From the tiny baby I used to carry to a big 6-year-old making memories with his classmates. Where did the time go? 😭💙

Mommy may be tired, but my heart is so full. All for Zeus ❤️🥰

Sometimes, the pressure we feel is a reminder that we’ve been given something worth showing up for.

A family who depends on us.
A dream we’re building.
A responsibility we once prayed for.
An opportunity we’re blessed to have.

It’s okay to feel overwhelmed. It’s okay to pause.
But when the pressure gets heavy, remember:

You’re carrying something that matters.

Take a deep breath, Mommy.
You don’t have to do everything perfectly.
Just keep showing up. You’re doing better than you think. ❤️

Anyone else watched Think Talk Tea with Jennica Garcia on YouTube?

This podcast gave me so many realizations, especially the conversation about taking a break, not just to rest, but to simply be YOU again.

Somewhere along the way, when we become mothers, we sometimes forget the woman we were before the titles…Mom, Wife, Homemaker, Provider, Caregiver.

For generations, we were taught that a good mother gives everything and leaves nothing for herself. That sacrificing our own needs is simply part of motherhood.

But maybe it’s time we change that narrative. ❤️

Mothers need breaks, too.
We need moments where we are not needed by anyone.
Moments where we can laugh, dream, go out, be quiet, dress up, drink our coffee slowly, or simply exist without having to take care of someone else.

And no, that doesn’t make us selfish.

It makes us human.

Because sometimes, the best thing we can give our family is not a mother who is constantly running on empty but a mother who took a little time to fill her own cup.

So, Mommy, take that break.
Go be yourself for a while. 🌷

And when you come back, you can give your whole heart again, not because you forgot yourself, but because you remembered her. 🤍

To all the mothers who need to hear this today:
You are allowed to be YOU, too. And that is okay.
