On July 4, 2025, Movers Academy Inc., proudly announced its newly elected SSLG Officers for this S.Y. 2025-2026 this morning.

The announcement came after a highly anticipated student election held on July 3 2025, where MAI’ans actively participated in choosing the next set of student leaders.

Congratulations to the newly elected SSLG Officers.

𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

July 3, 2025—the eagerly awaited SSLG election took place, with two party lists—P.E.R.I.O.D.S and LIGHTHOUSE—competing for leadership positions.

Students from junior to senior high school cast their votes at the computer laboratory. The election was observed by the SSLG Adviser, Sir Lhar Aries Laroya, and ICT Coordinator, Sir John Meryll Paneda. Students and faculty alike praised the conduct of the election, highlighting the peaceful, organized, and democratic process.

The P.E.R.I.O.D.S Party List focused on academic reform, student wellness, and inclusive leadership, while the LIGHTHOUSE Party List emphasized transparency, school spirit, and innovation in student activities. Both parties campaigned actively, with posters, speeches, and classroom visits.

The results will be announced on July 4, 2025—Proclamation Day.

On July 1, 2025, the PERIODS and LIGHTHOUSE party lists held their SSLG Miting de Avance at the school gymnasium. To start the program, Sir Raymundo Ungria Jr. gave his speech about leadership. The event served for both groups to introduce themselves and present their platforms and advocacies to the student body. Representatives from each party took turns on stage, sharing their visions, goals, and plans for the school, aiming to win the support of the audience for the upcoming election.

In a spirited display of student leadership and engagement, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) candidates officially kicked off their room-to-room campaign on June 30,2025 at Movers Academy Inc. Two parties, The Periods Partylist and The Lighthouse Partylist, visited classrooms across all grade levels of Junior and Senior High School to introduce their platforms and advocate for student-centered change.

The campaign trail buzzed with energy as candidates confidently presented their advocacies, answered student queries, and encouraged their fellow learners to participate in the upcoming SSLG elections. Both parties emphasized the importance of student voice, inclusivity, and responsible leadership.

As the campaign heats up, students are encouraged to stay informed, ask questions, and most importantly—vote.

Election day is set for July 3,2025.

𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐜. 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

June 27, 2025— Movers Academy conducted auditions for three student organizations, drawing in dozens of aspiring journalists, dancers, and singers. The auditions aimed to recruit new members for The Achievers, Movers Academy Dance Troupe, and Movers Academy Chorale.

Journalist hopefuls gathered in Room 4 to try out for The Achievers, showcasing their writing and photography skills. Dancers showcased their creative dance moves at the Performing Arts Club audition, which was held in Room 5. The Movers Chorale's audition took place at the SSLG Office, where singers auditioned with excellent vocal pieces.

The auditions saw strong student participation, and results are expected to be announced soon.

June 16, 2025— The academic year 2025–2026 officially kicked off today as students returned to the school campus. The day began with the morning assembly at the school gym, followed by a short student orientation, where new and returning learners were welcomed with important briefings on the school policies.

In the afternoon, parents were invited for their own orientation session, discussing the upcoming school events as well as electing new PTA officers. The orientations marked a smooth and well-organized start to what promises to be a productive and engaging school year.
