A Heartfelt Thanks for Abundant Blessings!

I am overflowing with immense gratitude to the Lord for all these wonderful blessings!

We've just acquired another property, this time nestled somewhere beautiful in Rizal.

Ito yung kagandahan na when we purchase land directly from the owner, pwede agad magamit ang lote. Ito ay katas ng YouTube, and I extend my sincerest thanks to all my beloved "kafriendships" who have been with me on this journey. Your support means the world!

On a different note, yung nabili kong lote sa Tagaytay is still awaiting its full potential. Kasi hindi pa tapos pag-aayos at paglilinis sa lugar at paglalagay ng linya ng kuryente at tubig. Isa yan sa naka disadvantage when bibili ng property that's under a developer—there's often a necessary waiting period until the lot is officially turned over and ready for use. Pero pag maturnover naman wala ng problem sa property, lagyan nalang ng bakod. Kaya until now waiting pa din ako para magamit ang lote sa Tagaytay.

So mga kafriendships, kung hindi na ako magpaparamdam, hanapin nyo nalang ako dito sa kabundukan ng Rizal, dito muna ako magtatanim ng sili and enjoying the peace and quiet place dito sa bundok ng Tralala!

After countless sleepless nights of planning, thorough preparation, and comprehensive review of my completed action research entitled "Beyond the Numbers: Improving Learners' Mathematical Thinking Skills Through Metacognitive Strategies," my persistent efforts have finally paid off.

I extend my deepest gratitude to the Lord for the wisdom, strength, and divine guidance throughout this journey.

My sincere appreciation goes to Sir Reginal Grafil, EPS in Mathematics SDO San Pedro City, for providing me with the valuable opportunity to share a comprehensive walkthrough of the process behind my completed action research and for selecting me as one of the resource speakers during our 3-day "Empowering Teachers: A Training Workshop on Advanced Teaching Strategies, Strategic Assessment, and Action Research to Enhance Numeracy for All."

Many thanks to our school principal Ma'am Virginia N. Pulido, for her unwavering kindness and consistent support.
