I wrote this post as a reminder to myself, and hopefully to you as well:

For one, I can't recognize my own exhaustion because in my head, there are still so many things to do. So yes, I often disregard my own "tiredness."

Second, this is a personal reminder to be kind to everyone. People, like you and me, have a lot on their plate, and we don't know what they're going through.

May we all be reminded to recognize our current state, respond accordingly, and be kind to ourselves and others.

Pahinga rin kapag may time, ha?

It's so convenient to make our failures our identity.

Personally, I am so good at this habit.
I can't easily scratch my mistakes out of my head.

When I fail at a task—I'm incompetent.
When I make a mistake somewhere—I'm a terrible person.
And a lot more.

But when we look at it, those mistakes happen for a reason.
And the good thing is, there are lessons that come along with them.

This is a learned habit, so we need to unlearn it every day until we no longer carry the weight of our past mistakes.

"As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us." Psalm 103:12

It's easy to pray for peace; what's challenging is to let go of what steals it.

A habit.
A grudge towards someone.
A bad experience.

We can't have both; we need to stop clinging to everything that takes the space meant for the peace we prayed for to God.

To pray is to surrender, and when we surrender, we must leave it all at God's feet.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6

Allow Him to work on you.

Ang personal preference namin patungkol sa pag-aanak, hanggang dalawa lang.

Para hindi kami overpowered nila, one parent : one kid. At sa tingin namin, iyon yung sustainable, yung kaya namin buhayin.

Pero kung anong plano ni God, doon kami. Kung isa, dalawa, higit pa, o kahit wala—doon kami sa plano ni Lord.

Kayo po? Paano kayo nag-decide sa bilang ng magiging anak? Share niyo naman sa comments.

Also, asking for a friend, safe po ba magpakapon ang 27 years old adult. Este, may recommended clinics po ba kayo for vasectomy?
