YOU ARE NOT ALONE 🫂

Every September, we observe National Su***de Prevention Month—a time to reflect, raise awareness, and remove the stigma around mental health.

As some of us may feel overwhelmed with juggling responsibilities all at once, know that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but strength.

A simple "Kumusta ka?" goes a long way, Bedans! Let us check up on each other and be a source of light in someone’s darkest moments.
